FREE COW PRESS Returns Policy

1. Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
The item must not be damaged or show signs of wear and tear.
You must provide a copy of your original order confirmation.

3. Return Process

Ship the Item: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package.
Receive Your Refund/Exchange: Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund or exchange.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Please allow 10 business days for your refund to process.

5. Exchanges
